Inclusive Healthcare Recruiting & Staffing

Who We Are

Founded on lived experience.
Built on integrity.

OUR MISSION

A women-owned (WOSB), SAM.gov-registered healthcare recruiting firm built from a real workforce gap — individuals aging out of school systems who still need qualified, community-based care.

At Inclusive Healthcare Recruiting & Staffing, we believe caring for the vulnerable is sacred work. Guided by compassion, integrity, and lived experience, we connect children and adults with disabilities, families, and veterans with the dedicated professionals called to serve them — building lasting, direct-hire matches that honor both those who give care and those who receive it.

Our Story

Inclusive Healthcare Recruiting & Staffing was founded after recognizing a tremendous gap within healthcare recruiting.

Far too often, organizations were faced with unrealistic hiring expectations while compassionate, qualified professionals struggled to find employers who truly valued their experience, dedication, and passion for serving others.

I knew there had to be a better way.

My vision was to create a recruiting company that focuses on quality over quantity by building meaningful relationships between employers and professionals who genuinely care about making a difference.

We recruit professionals with real-world experience, educational backgrounds, clinical expertise, and a heart for service. Whether someone is beginning their career or has years of professional experience, we believe compassion, integrity, professionalism, and dedication are just as valuable as credentials.

Our Goal

To build a nationwide network that strengthens the specialized workforce our communities depend on — matching the right professionals to the people and families who need them most.

Approved to partner with government, private, and public organizations. Proud to give back and to support veterans and families.
