These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of inclusivehealthcarestaffing.com and the forms, booking pages, and communications connected to it (the “Site”), operated by Inclusive Care LLC d/b/a Inclusive Healthcare Recruiting & Staffing (“IHRS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

  1. Our Services

IHRS is a direct-hire healthcare recruiting firm. Clients hire placed candidates directly; IHRS is not the employer of record for placed candidates and does not provide temporary staffing through this Site. We also support subcontract recruiting partnerships and private family and veteran caregiver placements.

Any fees, guarantees, and service terms for clients are set out only in a separate signed written agreement. Nothing on this Site creates a client relationship, a placement commitment, or an obligation to provide services.

  1. Terms for Candidates
  • No fees. IHRS does not charge candidates any fee for recruiting or placement.
  • No guarantee. Submitting an application or joining the Inclusive Healthcare Talent Network does not guarantee an interview, placement, or employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by the hiring organization or family.
  • Accurate information. You agree that everything you submit — including work history, licenses, certifications, and eligibility — is true, current, and complete. False or misleading information may result in removal from consideration.
  • You authorize IHRS to verify the information you provide, including licenses, credentials, and references. Background checks or drug screens, where required, are conducted only with your separate written authorization.
  • You authorize IHRS to present your profile to prospective employers and families for opportunities that match your stated preferences.
  1. Terms for Clients and Families
  • Direct engagement. Candidates introduced by IHRS may not be hired or engaged, directly or indirectly, except under a signed IHRS agreement. Introduction of a candidate by IHRS obligates the client to the terms of that agreement.
  • Hiring decisions. Clients and families are solely responsible for their own hiring decisions, employment terms, supervision, wages, taxes, insurance, and compliance with employment and licensing laws.
  • Candidate information shared by IHRS is confidential and may be used only to evaluate that candidate for the stated opportunity.
  • Accurate information. You agree that information about your organization and open roles is accurate.
  1. Communications Consent

By submitting a form with your phone number and email, you agree that IHRS may contact you by email, phone, and text message about your submission, opportunities, and our services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or placement.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information.
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest data or content from the Site.
  • Interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or introduce malicious code.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or discriminatory purpose.
  • Contact or solicit candidates or clients identified through the Site to bypass IHRS.
  1. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including the IHRS name, logo, caduceus emblem, tagline, text, and design — are owned by Inclusive Care LLC and protected by law. You may view the Site for personal or internal business use only. No other use is permitted without our written permission.

  1. Your Submissions

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant IHRS a limited right to store, use, and share it as described in our Privacy Policy to provide our Services.

  1. Equal Opportunity

IHRS does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by law.

  1. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses and links to third-party services, including form, scheduling, and job-listing platforms. IHRS is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

  1. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IHRS does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that job listings are current or will remain open, or that any candidate or client will meet your requirements. Content on the Site is general information, not legal, medical, or employment advice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IHRS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). Liability for services provided under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IHRS from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your submissions, or your misuse of the Site.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Fredericksburg, Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

  1. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms at any time; the “Last Updated” date reflects the current version. We may suspend or end access to the Site at any time. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed agreement, are the entire agreement regarding the Site.
