Our Story
Founder’s background in special education, direct support, and behavioral/mental health; saw the workforce gaps from the inside, especially as children with disabilities age into adulthood and need continued, qualified care. That is why IHRS exists.
Our Goal
To build a nationwide network that strengthens the specialized workforce our communities depend on — matching the right professionals to the people and families who need them most.
